Terms of Use
Last updated: November 5, 2026
These terms apply to JasonCaston.com, a personal introduction and portfolio operated by Jason Caston. Please use the site only if you agree to these terms. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
Purpose and linked projects
The site introduces my work and links to projects and learning resources. It does not sell products, enroll students or create a service agreement. Purchases, accounts, courses, licenses and other activity on linked sites are governed by the terms and policies of those destinations.
Using the site
You may view and link to these pages for lawful informational purposes. Do not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, impersonate someone, send spam or harmful code, or submit material that infringes another person’s rights. Do not harvest personal information from the site or misuse the contact form.
Content and permissions
Site content and project branding belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing the site does not grant a license to republish artwork, use a logo or sell copies of the material. The Copyright Policy and Trademark Notice explain this further. Rights granted by applicable law or a separate license are unaffected.
Contact messages
Send only information you are entitled to share. A message does not create a confidential, professional or contractual relationship. Please do not send sensitive information or unsolicited confidential material. There is no promise that every inquiry will receive a response.
Information and availability
Content is provided for general information, not individualized legal, financial or other professional advice. Descriptions, links and availability may change. I aim to keep the site useful and accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free, or that linked services will remain available.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, and I am not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on the content or use of linked services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.

The current version of these terms is posted here with its revision date. For questions or permission requests, use the contact section.
